How does Chorus work?
Chorus is a unique mindfulness experience that combines rhythmic breathing with various mindfulness techniques set to the beat of energizing music to improve the health of your mind and body more easily than with traditional meditation.
Members can take our 30 or 50 minute guided classes online, from the comfort of your own home.
What is the Chorus Commits Challenge?
We started Chorus because we believe every person deserves to live their most fulfilled life, and strengthening our minds is at the foundation of unlocking this fulfillment. Our goal with Chorus is to turn a healthy habit into something you WANT to do. Because the best wellness practices are ones you keep doing. And because strengthening your mind shouldn’t feel like a chore.
We’re excited to announce that we now offer over 100 classes per month, and with this growth, we are launching a $40/month UNLIMITED Chorus Membership! Starting any day you purchase your membership you receive unlimited Chorus classes for the next 30 day period for $40.
To kick off our new membership, we’re running the 30-day Chorus Commits Challenge! By participating in this challenge you will be entered to win a lifetime of Chorus classes, ON US. In the challenge, you will also unlock varying benefits as you hit personal goals, while simultaneously supporting the incredible work of The Loveland Foundation. See below for details!
Our hope is that this challenge will be fun (especially if you sign up with friends or family!), but will also empower you to commit to a more consistent mindfulness routine. As with physical exercise, consistency is the key to strengthening our minds.
Whether you’re interested in the proven health benefits of mindfulness and breathing techniques (including respiratory health, lower blood pressure, improved sleep, and more!), you’re working to enhance your focus, or you need more space for healing, a consistent Chorus practice can support you in unlocking deeper joy and overall satisfaction with your life. Now more than ever, we need to care for ourselves so that we can show up in all the ways that the world needs.
Just like anything else, the more you practice mindfulness, the more benefits you unlock.
In this challenge, you are not only committing to your own mindfulness In this challenge, you are not only committing to your own mindfulness practice, you also are automatically committing to help others. 100% of the proceeds from the Chorus Commits Challenge will be donated to The Loveland Foundation to support their incredible work providing therapy and healing to Black women and girls, nationally.
